I recently got the opportunity to try lost wax casting for the very first time!! And I’m definitely hooked! A model is carved out of wax, a mould is made of the model, the wax is melted away, metal is poured into the mould and then the mould is destroyed to reveal the one and only object ever to be casted from this specific mould.
